Vector Aerospace-Helicopter Services Launches at HAI 2008

February 25, 2008 – ACROHELIPRO Global Services Inc. (ACROHELIPRO) officially took the name of its parent company on February 25, 2008 – Day 2 of Helicopter Association International’s Heli-Expo 2008. Mr. Donald Jackson, Donald K. Jackson, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Vector Aerospace made the official announcement during a customer / industry media event at the Vector Aerospace booth, in front of an audience of more than 150 interested customers, media and helicopter operators from across the industry.

This announcement initiates the first phase of a Vector-wide initiative to transition all maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) assets; including ACROHELIPRO, Atlantic Turbines International, Sigma Aerospace and the newly-acquired Defence Aviation Repair Agency (DARA), to the Vector Aerospace brand in 2008.

The brand transition to Vector Aerospace-Helicopter Services comes as part of a Vector-wide organizational initiative, designed to provide enhanced levels of customer service, quality and MRO capabilities to helicopter and fixed-wing operators.

The company emphasizes the change will not affect it’s ability to provide the industry-leading services and products operators have come to expect from Vector companies (ACROHELIPRO – Atlantic Turbines – Sigma Aerospace). Moreover, management anticipates that as a result of efficiencies resulting from a consolidation of resources, knowledge and skills, customers will experience enhanced levels of quality, service and satisfaction.
