StandardAero Springfield to Receive $500,000 Facility Improvement Investment

Tempe, Ariz. – September 7, 2010 – StandardAero announced today that the company’s Business Aviation services facility in Springfield, Ill. will receive a facility site-improvement investment worth $500,000. Work begins soon and is expected to be completed over the next six months.

The details are still being finalized but the projects involve repainting of the facility’s hangar floors and walls, in addition to the installation of large-facility ventilation fans and new energy-efficient lighting, all with the goal of providing a more comfortable environment for company employees, and StandardAero customers and their aircraft.

These improvements will definitely enhance the quality of our customers’ experience while in our facilities making them comfortable and productive. Additionally, it will create a better work environment for our employees as well as contribute to significant reductions in utility costs throughout the facility.”
