StandardAero Signs Three FBOs as Rolls-Royce Support Centers

Dallas, Texas – February 12, 2012 – StandardAero announced today that it has signed three 6-year agreements with Fixed Base Operators (FBOs) in Brazil, Mexico, and Guatemala. Helipark Taxi Aereo E Manutencao Aeronautica Ltda. (Helipark) of Sao Paulo, Brazil, Servicio Tecnico Aereo De Mexico (STAM) of Mexico City, Mexico, and Aeroservicios AVE, S.A. (AVESA) of Guatemala City, Guatemala have signed with StandardAero as Authorized Rolls-Royce Support Centers.

“Today’s announcement underscores StandardAero’s strategic alliances strategy to provide the operators in these geographic markets with the world-class M250® servicing StandardAero is known for,” said Brian Hughes, Director of Marketing and Business Development, Helicopter Programs, StandardAero. “We are looking forward to working closely with Helipark, STAM, and AVESA to support the engine MRO needs of their customers.”

The Rolls-Royce Support Center designations will offer customers the convenience to regional access to StandardAero.

“Rolls-Royce welcomes these new members of the Rolls-Royce FIRST Network, as we expand global service to M250® operators,” said Mark Thompson, Rolls-Royce Helicopter Service Network Manager. “The M250® engine line has been continually upgraded, built on a legacy of 215 Million Flight Hours. We look forward to helping operators meet their daily mission, whatever that might be.”
