StandardAero Signs Exclusive 3-Year Maintenance Services Agreement with GKN Fokker Services, Covering Engine Support

PARIS – June 17, 2019 – StandardAero has signed an exclusive 3-year maintenance services agreement with GKN Fokker Services, covering the provision of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) support for turboprop engines.   StandardAero will support GKN Fokker Services from its Designated Overhaul Facilities (DOFs) in Gonesse, France; Summerside, PE, Canada; and Seletar, Singapore.

Headquartered in the Netherlands, GKN Fokker Services – part of GKN Aerospace – is an independent aerospace service provider of affordable and reliable availability solutions to airlines, OEMs and MROs.  GKN Fokker Services supports a wide range of aircraft, including the ATR 42/72, De Havilland Dash 8/Q400, and Fokker F50 regional turboprops.

This new agreement extends a long-running relationship between StandardAero and GKN Fokker Services.  The two companies have been partnered on the FLYFokker support program since 2013, when StandardAero added a range of engine services in support of the FLYFokker offering for the F50 regional turboprop.
