StandardAero Renews DGAC Chile Certification, Strengthening MRO Support for South America
StandardAero has renewed its recognition as a Foreign Repair Station by the Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil (DGAC) of Chile, maintaining its CMAE No. E-133 certification.
The renewal reinforces StandardAero’s ability to support customers operating Chilean registered aircraft and components, while further strengthening the company’s international maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) network.
The DGAC Chile Recognition Includes Capabilities covering:
- Airframe maintenance for Airbus and Bell helicopters (line & depot-level):
Airbus AS350/EC130, AS355, AS332, AS365, EC120 and EC135 series
Bell 205, 206, 212/214 and 407 series - Dynamic components MRO (line & depot-level) for Airbus helicopters:
MGB, TGB, Bevel, Epicyclic, among others for AS350, EC130/H130, AS355 helicopters. - Avionics: Radio systems, instruments, etc.
Modification, repair, testing and overhaul - Structural repairs (line & depot-level) and modifications
Including composite, sheet metal, tubular and wooden structures - Non-destructive testing
Including liquid penetrant and magnetic particle inspection
The renewed recognition continues a relationship with DGAC Chile that dates back to 2006 and is valid through to July, 2028.
The renewal of CMAE No. E-133 further strengthens StandardAero’s ability to support customers with trusted MRO capabilities across borders.
