StandardAero Ramps up Support for HTF7000 Operators

Las Vegas, Nev. – October 10, 2011 – StandardAero Business Aviation announced today that it has successfully expanded its engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) support capabilities on the Honeywell, HTF7000 engine, currently on the Challenger 300 aircraft. The company has also announced its plans to expand support capabilities to include the G280 and Legacy 450/500, which will enter into service over the next 24 months.

Work completed on the HTF7000 in 2011 includes the completion of several combustor changes; 4000-hour inspections during combustor changes; engine change outs; W-5 harnesses replacements; oil pressure trouble shooting and multiple tower shaft bearing changes.

StandardAero’s Augusta, Ga., service center and its Mobile Service Team (MST) is authorized for Combustor Changes and other events on the HTF7000, and the company’s Houston, Texas (IAH), Springfield, Ill. (SPI), and Los Angeles (LAX) facilities have line service authorization on the HTF7000.
