SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – August 1, 2022 – StandardAero has announced the addition of two new approved facilities for Rolls-Royce RR300 helicopter engine MRO. With this new expanded capability, the company is now able to service this engine type for Robinson R66 helicopter operators in Westminster, British Columbia and Concord, North Carolina in addition to its existing facilities in Winnipeg, Manitoba , Portsmouth U.K. and Singapore.
While RR300 MRO will now take place at the two new facilities, engine testing capabilities will remain at our locations in Winnipeg, Portsmouth and Dallas. StandardAero also services helicopter engine LRU’s including Fuel Control Units, PT Governors, Fuel Pumps and Starter Generators at its Portsmouth, Hialeah, Florida and Broomfield, Colorado locations.
In addition to its repair and overhaul capabilities, StandardAero maintains an extensive pool of engines, modules and accessories for quick exchange services. The company has also made new investments in lease assets and is well positioned to service this growing market.
