Tempe, Ariz. – Dec. 4, 2009 – StandardAero, a Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) company, has appointed Frank Rodgers to the position of Director, Human Resources for Associated Air Center (AAC). Rodgers will serve as Associated Air Center’s strategic HR business partner managing all aspects of AAC’s HR function, including recruiting, selection, employee and team development, organizational design and change management. Rodgers comes to StandardAero with 20-plus years of HR Leadership among industry-leading companies such as L-3 Communications, Motorola, General Instrument, and Northrop Grumman. “We’re delighted to welcome Frank to AAC,” said Michele Grisez, Senior Vice President, Human Resources for StandardAero. “His HR leadership experience with world-class organizations will serve StandardAero well.” Rodgers holds a Senior HR Professional designation and is a graduate of Troy University and Dallas Baptist University, where he obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degree’s in Management and Counseling (respectively).
