StandardAero European Service Center Authorized for Rolls-Royce T56/501D Engine Maintenance

Tempe, Ariz. – August 26, 2014 – StandardAero’s European Service Center (ESC), located in Tilburg, Netherlands, was recently approved by Rolls-Royce to become a T56/501D Branch Location under the company’s Authorized Maintenance Center (AMC) Agreement. As a result, the ESC will now support European network customers as a repair and support facility for T56/501D series engine MRO services. This complements StandardAero’s existing T56/501D primary maintenance facility in Winnipeg, Canada as well as its existing Branch Location in San Antonio, Texas.

The ESC will also provide customer service, engine module workscope repair, logistics and field service repair to provide a wide range of support for European, Middle Eastern and North African C-130 and P-3 aircraft operators. Centralized access to the Tilburg location builds upon StandardAero’s comprehensive aftermarket support and offers European customers a convenient and easily accessible location in the region.

“We are responding to our customers’ desires for providing a European base for engine module repair along with the ability to deliver technical support, program reviews, inspection and respond to inquiries – all within in the same time zone,” said Rick Stine, President of StandardAero Military & Components.

StandardAero is the largest Rolls-Royce T56/501D AMC and with this investment and authorization, it will now offer improved support to give European customers easier access to the finest T56/501D MRO services available in the industry.
