StandardAero Designates Mirabel Heli Support Inc. as an Authorized Support Center

Tempe, Ariz. – December 9, 2010 – StandardAero announced that is has signed Mirabel Heli Support, Inc., in Mirabel, Quebec, as an Authorized Support Center. The agreement is for one year and includes optional one-year extensions at the end of each expiry date.

“Today’s announcement establishes a three-fold strategic alliance between the end operator, StandardAero and Mirabel Heli Support Inc.,” said Tom Roche, vice president, Helicopter Programs, StandardAero. “The agreement benefits companies in eastern Canada looking for StandardAero’s quality service and reputation offerings. It also forwards our ambition to enhance our presence to our mutual customers and link directly into their operating needs.”

The designation provides Rolls-Royce Model 250 operators in eastern Canada with another reliable avenue for a complete service package through the StandardAero network.

Mirabel Heli Inc was formed in January 2009 by Director of Maintenance Patrice Chaput, Quality Manager Luc Frenette, and Lead Mechanic Daniel Lajoie. The team has extensive experience and specializes in the maintenance of the Bell 206, Astar 350, EC120 and EC130 aircraft. Starting the business was a mutual sentiment to personally support clients’ aircraft that truly value quality workmanship.
