Scottsdale, Ariz. – May 30, 2018 – StandardAero, the world’s largest independent Pratt & Whitney Canada authorized PT6A Designated Overhaul Facility (DOF) with distribution rights on certain engine models, is this year celebrating its second anniversary as a chosen supplier of PT6A engine maintenance to one of the industry’s best known business aircraft manufacturers, Textron Aviation.
In February 2016, StandardAero announced its selection as a chosen maintenance provider for PT6A turboprop engines in support of Textron Aviation’s PowerAdvantage program, offered for the Beechcraft King Air and Cessna Caravan. Part of Textron Aviation’s ProAdvantage suite of support programs, PowerAdvantage provides owners and operators with predictable PT6A costs for both routine and unscheduled engine maintenance events.
