Orlando, Fla. – October 30, 2012 – StandardAero Business Aviation today announced the rollout of a new, robust array of service offerings as part of its CompleteCare™ strategy. The new capabilities are intended to enhance the customer service experience and fulfill the broad, fragmented and costly service requirements of business aviation customers.
Included in the initial launch are its Aircraft Records and Log Books Maintenance Support Program, Maintenance Advisory Program, Customer Fuel Program and the new Aircraft Financial Brokerage Program.
“CompleteCare™ delivers the services customers need in a more convenient and efficient manner,” said Scott Taylor, Senior Vice President, Business Aviation, StandardAero. “Our CompleteCare™ portfolio is an accretive services strategy, moving beyond MRO to offer a robust array of complementary capabilities to fulfill key service needs of our customers; providing them unparalleled convenience, saving them time and money. Our launches announced today are the continuation of a comprehensive rollout of services our customers have told us they would like for us to deliver.”
StandardAero Business Aviation’s new Aircraft Records and Log Books Maintenance Support Program is designed to organize the aircraft records and log books as well as provide backup copies needed in the event the originals need to be reconstructed. This program targets aircraft owners and flight departments that do not have the resources to organize key aircraft documentation that accompanies the aircraft.
“The maintenance and care of the aircraft is important, not only to keep the aircraft in excellent condition, but also to provide a level of care that protects the asset value of the aircraft,” said Marc McGowan, Vice President, Business Development & Strategy, Business Aviation, StandardAero “Without a full-time maintenance technician dedicated to the maintenance and care of the aircraft, it is important for a Business Aviation MRO services provider such as StandardAero, to be the one to provide the oversight of the maintenance for the aircraft.”
The Customer Fuel Program will be a service offered to StandardAero customers who would like additional fuel discounts for their aircraft operations via StandardAero’s relationship with Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. through its UVair® Fuel Program. The Fuel Program will be offered through all four of StandardAero’s North American service centers: Los Angeles (LAX), Springfield, Ill. (SPI), Houston, Texas (IAH) and Augusta, Ga. (AGS).
The last of the four CompleteCare™ program’s being announced is StandardAero Business Aviation’s Aircraft Financial Brokerage Program. Under the terms of the program, StandardAero will act as a financial broker to coordinate the source of funds from pre-selected banks. The financing would be for the Retrofits Modifications and Upgrades (RMU) work included in the refinancing of the entire aircraft. StandardAero also will offer financial broker services for aircraft leases or loans without RMU work, for both new or pre-owned aircraft purchases or refinancing opportunities.
StandardAero will be exhibiting at the 65th Annual National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Convention and Expo, October 30 – November 1, 2012, in Orlando, Fla.; Booth 2000.
