StandardAero Business Aviation Launches New Customer Service Mobile App

LAS VEGAS  – October 22, 2019 –  StandardAero Business Aviation has launched a new MRO Project Management service app called mySA.  The new app is currently available from the Apple App Store and Google Play for iOS and Android devices.

The mySA app provides a mobile platform for customer to remotely access and manage MRO events at StandardAero Augusta GA, Houston TX and Springfield IL facilities.  Customers will be able to review and approve squawks, communicate directly with specific StandardAero project managers and review work orders from anywhere they can access the internet.  The app works in conjunction with the myStandardAero portal which has also been improved to include additional functionality such as easier approval of multiple squawks, export squawks to Excel, selectable spending caps by individual squawks, integration of customer provided log book entries and the ability to post contract change orders.  Overall, the new mySA mobile app provides an enhanced remote customer experience.

“The mySA app will allow StandardAero to improve customer service functionality and tailor communications to specific individual requirements,” said Marc Drobny, President of StandardAero Business Aviation.  “While a few MRO’s may provider similar capabilities, StandardAero’s new mySA app is built on a world-class platform using lightning technology to provide users with a friendly interface that will also allow us to rapidly expand functionality for developing new services.”

mySA is one of many customer service enhancements that StandardAero offers to business aviation operators. The company also provides customers with myStandardAero, a 24/7 AOP app, 14 regional Mobile Support Teams, Honeywell MSP parts on-line order capability and an Order or Exchange searchable parts catalog.
