Las Vegas, Nev. – October 22, 2013 – Since the launch of StandardAero Business Aviation’s CompleteCare strategy three years ago, the array of services offered under the program have grown in response to the needs of the business aviation community. The programs are designed to enhance the customer’s service experience by reducing the broad, fragmented and costly service requirements of business aviation customers, while ensuring operator convenience and confidence and keeping aircraft downtime to a minimum.
“CompleteCare is a dynamic service concept that coalesces an array of programs typically required by Flight Departments that extend beyond our core engine MRO business,” said Marc McGowan, Senior Vice President, Business Aviation, StandardAero. “Our CompleteCare portfolio is a natural, evolutionary, growth strategy that moves beyond MRO to provide a complementary set of business aviation services, all under the guidance and confidence of a well known and well-trusted service provider.”
CompleteCare was initially launched with the following programs:
- Aircraft Maintenance Advisory Program (MAP);
- Customer Fuel Discounts
- On-Site Maintenance Training Classes
- Aircraft Financial Brokerage
McGowan further explained that today’s announcement reflects the expansion of a comprehensive menu of services customers told StandardAero they wanted them to provide by adding a new, complementary, program: Aircraft Acquisition and Sales Brokerage Services. The Program analyzes and aligns a customer’s mission profile, budget and asset management needs to the long-term growth of that customer’s private jet travel requirements.
Among StandardAero Business Aviation’s most successful asset management service offering is its Pre-Purchase Evaluation (PPE) program. In 2013 the program saw robust growth, averaging five PPEs per month. A short description of each of the other unique programs comprising Business Aviation’s CompleteCare strategy is described below.
