StandardAero Appoints New Vice President, Contracts

Tempe, Ariz., January 2, 2009 – StandardAero has appointed Mary Ellen Keegan to the position of Vice President, Contracts based at their Component Services facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. In her role, Keegan will be responsible for legal support for all contract activity within StandardAero including negotiation and review of all sales, purchase, and lease agreements for the business sectors.

Prior to joining StandardAero, Keegan served as Counsel, Financial Transactions to GE Engine Services in Cincinnati. Keegan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Seattle University and a bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University.
