Landmark Aviation names Greg Haywood regional group Sales Manager for Western U.S., International Territories

Tempe, Arizona, — Landmark Aviation today named Greg Haywood as its new Regional Group Sales Manager for the western United States and international sales territories.

“Greg brings a wealth of experience in sales and sales management to the Landmark team,” said Shawn Vick, President of Landmark Aviation. “We are delighted to welcome him to the company as we continue to grow the business.”

Haywood has more than 20 years of experience at GE Aircraft Engines, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in airline commercial product support, oil and gas customer services, small commercial engine sales, and in the GE Six Sigma organization. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of GE Healthcare’s services business in the Northeast United States zone.

Haywood will be responsible for leading the Western Zone and International Sales teams, formulation of strategic account sales plans for the corporate/business aviation market, identification of key business growth opportunities through alliances, joint ventures, acquisitions, and coordination between operational leaders and the other sales zones, with the goal of designing a services business structure that will best serve these markets.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in aviation technology from Purdue University, a master’s degree in systems management from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He also holds a valid airframe and powerplant license from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt.
