Tempe, Ariz. – October 2, 2009 – StandardAero announced today that Jason Miller has been appointed General Manager of its Houston Intercontinental (George Bush) Airport facility in Houston, Tex. In his new role, Miller will be responsible for leading the business and driving continuous improvement initiatives for reliability, quality and safety.
StandardAero, Houston performs business jet airframe MRO on Learjet, Falcons, Hawkers, Embraer Legacy and Gulfstream, as well as all MRO on the Honeywell, model TFE731 engine.

Prior to joining StandardAero, Miller maintained a distinguished career in the U.S. Armed Forces serving as a Marine Corps flight instructor, a Marine KC-130 pilot, a KC-130 Division Lead in Operation Iraqi Freedom, and an Air Operations Officer in Afghanistan, as well as numerous other military leadership roles.
Jason is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree and, in 2008, Jason received his MBA from Rice University.
