Garrett/Piedmont Hawthorne/Associated Names Roger E. Wolfe as Executive Vice President of Operations

empe, Ariz. — May 10, 2005—Garrett/Piedmont Hawthorne/Associated, a provider of comprehensive services for the business aviation industry, today announced that Roger E. Wolfe was appointed executive vice president of operations. Wolfe will be responsible for leading the company in defining and delivering an integrated service offering and will oversee all operations of maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), engineering and supply chain, as well as operations for Associated Air Center.

Wolfe joins Garrett/Piedmont Hawthorne/Associated with 25 years in aviation industry operations. Most recently Wolfe was general manager and vice president for Honeywell Airframe Systems, and was previously director of integrated supply chain and general manager and vice president for Honeywell Aircraft Landing Systems. Prior to joining Honeywell, Wolfe spent five years at ITT Canon, serving first as director of operations in North America and then as vice president of manufacturing worldwide. He also served in positions of increasing responsibility, from engineer to president, at Allied Signal Aerospace Corporation, which was acquired by Bendix.
