Dallas Airmotive’s Pittsburgh Regional Turbine Center Now Offering Major Periodic Inspections on TFE731 Engines

LAS VEGAS, Nevada – October 10, 2017 – Dallas Airmotive’s Pittsburgh Regional Turbine Center, located at the Washington County Airport, has received approval to perform major periodic inspection (MPI) repairs for Honeywell TFE731 engines. The added capability allows the company to expand their turbofan support and provide engine services closer to customers in the northeast region of the United States.

“TFE731 operators choose Dallas Airmotive for our industry-leading quality, customer service, turn around times and in-field support,” Mark Stubbs, Chief Commercial Officer of Global Engine Services said. “The new Pittsburgh MPI capability further enhances these capabilities and allows us to better serve our customers in the Northeast.”

Dallas Airmotive is an official Honeywell channel partner supplying repair and major/heavy maintenance services on the TFE731 engine series widely utilized onboard business aircraft. This most recent approval adds to the growing list of the company’s OEM-authorized services around the world.

The company is Honeywell-approved for MPI, Core Zone Inspection (CZI) and Core Zone Repair (CZR), and supports customers from six locations: Dallas, TX, Pittsburgh, PA, St. Paul, MN, West Palm Beach, FL, Brazil and Singapore. Dallas Airmotive also offers component and accessory repair and exchange, with a large inventory of new, serviceable, and exchange parts and accessories. In addition, Dallas Airmotive’s field service team, of more than 50 field service personnel, supports customers around the globe.
