Associated Air Center Signs Tenth BBJ 12-Year Overhaul Maintenance Inspection Check for Middle Eastern Customer

Geneva, Switzerland – May 22, 2013 – Associated Air Center (AAC), StandardAero’s Large Transport Category, VIP Completions Center in Dallas, Texas, has signed its tenth Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) 12-year overhaul phase maintenance inspection check. Included with the 12-year maintenance inspection, will be the installation of a new full Cabin Management System (CMS) and new LED lighting.

As part of the service, the aircraft will also undergo the required overhaul inspection maintenance that is due every 12 years including full cabin removal and reinstallation for fuselage inner skin inspection, lower belly auxiliary tank removal and reinstall and landing gear overhaul. The aircraft will be at AAC for approximately 3 ½ months while the service is being completed.
