Associated Air Center Launches New Website

Tempe, Ariz. – April 7, 2010 – Associated Air Center (AAC), the world leader in the maintenance, modification and completion of transport-category aircraft, and a key business sector of StandardAero, announced today that it has launched a new website at www.associated.aero to better serve the needs of the transport-category completions market. The company custom designs interiors and installs advanced avionics, including the latest in office and entertainment systems to transform the world’s largest jets into state-of-the-art airborne offices and unique spaces for personal comfort and relaxation.

Among the key upgrades to the site are additions of an AAC People section describing the many employees who bring these unique designs to life, as well as enhanced certification capabilities and maintenance sections. The Certification section lists AAC’s certification capabilities, including its most recent Federal Aviation Administration’s (FAA) Organization Designation Authorization (ODA) which allows the company to certify repairs and modifications on behalf of the FAA. Other major changes to the site include enhanced navigation, detailed articulation of its services by function and a historical overview of AAC.

”Redesigning the Associated Air Center website was not just a simple update of content,” said Mike Turner, Director of Marketing and Corporate Communications for StandardAero. “We spent a lot of time understanding what our customers and potential customers want to know – from their perspective – not ours, and then packaged it in a clean, direct and logical fashion to make obtaining the information easy, effective and expedient.”

An authorized service center for both Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) and Airbus Corporate Jet (ACJ) aircraft, AAC clients include internationally known individuals, corporations and heads of state.
