June 2, 2005 – ACROHELIPRO Global Services Inc. (AHGS), a subsidiary of Vector Aerospace Corporation, has been awarded the contract to support Canada’s Department of National Defence (DND) Sea King Helicopter T58 engines.
The contract value is estimated at C$5m per year and contains option periods that extend until the end of the service life of Canada’s Sea King helicopter fleet. The work consists of Repair & Overhaul, Engineering, and Logistics services.
AHGS President, Peter Tierney, commented, “This award solidifies our position as the leading support provider of Canadian DND helicopter engines. We are delighted to have been selected by Canada for this program.”
