Environmental, Social & Governance

Our mission is to exceed customer expectations through inspired teamwork

FOCUSING ON WHAT MATTERS

“ESG is the key ingredient in everything we do. From how we operate with integrity — to how we design and service our products — and how we ultimately deliver for our customers.  Sustaining our ecosystem while preserving our quality of life is in all of our best interests. Sharing planet Earth is one thing we all have in common.

At StandardAero, we are making progress through our ESG initiatives and continuing our quest to reduce consumption, minimize waste, drive our safety and quality standards and improve our DEI efforts to sustain our workforce and industry leadership. In 2022, we made a significant step forward by setting our goal to reduce StandardAero’s carbon footprint by net 45% (SI and S2 emissions) by the year 2030, along with achieving a net zero carbon footprint by 2050.

With our goals established, our enterprise team will work together with purpose for success. Preserving our world is essential. There is no endpoint to this journey.”

STRATEGIC ARCHITECTURE

The ESG strategic architecture at StandardAero was designed and implemented to reflect the values and intentionality for the evolution of our enterprise. It started with a materiality assessment that provided a broad but important view of the enterprise facets that present the highest risk and greatest opportunities to long term success. We then selected the appropriate leadership team members to ensure consistent focus and progression of key elements from an environmental, social, governance and operations perspective.

The ESG Committee, in collaboration with our ESG Operations Link leaders, established and communicated our carbon reduction and elimination goals that are challenging but critical to global sustainability. We expanded and leveraged our GreenERmro™ initiative to be an integral part of our carbon reduction planning and execution. Our success would be limited if we had not incorporated our most important resource, our people, into our ESG architecture. A diverse, equitable and inclusive team is a critical part of our success now and in the future.

Finally, we will track our progress through essential key performance indicators to ensure appropriate goals are set and systematically monitored to improve what we believe in. We will use this structure and continuously add to it over time to deliver a more comprehensive ESG report.

Together, we will make a difference.
