Chris Bodine Named Vice President and General Manager of StandardAero’s Augusta, Georgia (AGS) facility

Tempe, Ariz. – January 13, 2010 – StandardAero announced today that Chris Bodine has been appointed Vice President & General Manager of its Augusta, Ga. (AGS) facility. Bodine has been serving as the facility’s Acting VP & General Manager since April of 2009.

StandardAero Augusta provides full engine-support services, including complete overhauls of Honeywell TFE731 turbofan engines, TPE331 turboprop engines and GTCP136/150 series Auxiliary Power Units (APUs). In addition, the AGS facility provides scheduled airframe inspection and repair services as well as avionics services. AGS is an authorized service center for Bombardier Challenger, Dassault Falcon Jet, Honeywell, and Embraer, Legacy. StandardAero AGS also performs major maintenance and inspections on all Learjet Series and the Astra/Westwind series of aircraft.

We’re fortunate to have such a qualified individual leading this facility.”

Prior to serving as the interim General Manager in Augusta, Bodine served as Crew Chief and A&P Mechanic for StandardAero. Throughout his career, Bodine has completed a host of management development programs, including the U.S. Army’s Leadership Course. Bodine is an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic as well as a private pilot.
