For over 30 years, StandardAero has provided overhaul services for the Hamilton Sundstrand, Collins 54H60 propellers, giving us broad experience and expertise in propeller service. Our propeller program encompasses a self-contained, comprehensive repair and overhaul capability for Hamilton Sundstrand, Collins 54H60 propellers. StandardAero performs maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) on a wide variety of 54H60 propeller components that include propeller control assemblies, front and rear spinners, after-body assemblies and bulkhead assemblies.
StandardAero’s propeller MRO customers include the US Coast Guard, Canadian Forces, Norwegian Defence Logistics Organization, German Navy, Malaysian Air Force, Polish Airforce, French Air Force, Niger Air Force, Algerian Air Force, Belgian Defence, Swedish Air Force and Royal Netherlands Navy.
Our expertise with the 54H60 Propeller system has led to the in-house development of numerous unique, approved component repairs. We maintain the majority of required processes in-house to ensure process oversight, quality, timeliness and the ability to prioritize workloads.
We have also developed an extensive in-house component restoration capability to perform all overhaul manual and critical repair processes. Our ‘repair vs replace’ engineering expertise helps reduce operators’ overhaul costs.
