StandardAero introduces PT6A FASTLANE™: Immediate and customized service for your Hot Section Inspection (HSI), Repair and On-Site PT6A service needs.

StandardAero is proud to offer PT6A FASTLANE™, our customized and immediate response for your PT6A Hot Section Inspection, Repair and Field Service needs.  PT6A FASTLANE™ includes, but is not limited to: on-wing inspections by a certified StandardAero Field Service Representative (FSR), Service Center support and OEM approved repairs.  In most cases, StandardAero can complete the on-wing inspection and most repairs and have you back in the air within 3 days, if booked 30 days in advance.

  • 1 day for inspection, +2 days for workscope repairs above when booked 30 days in advance

 

Requirements:

  • Engine performance data required one week before scheduled service
  • Accurate engine logbook information with updated LCF data (times & cycles) data
  • Aircraft available when FSR/Technician arrives.
  • Access to proper hangar and support equipment

 

Exclusions:

  • Engine Model dependent 
  • CT Blade distress (excessive rubbing, cracking, thermal distress), requiring shop visits.
  • Any unplanned material requirements
  • Unserviceable engine conditions beyond standard H.S.I. workscope (e.g.  FOD, Metal-In-Oil, Damaged Major Housing/Casings, Prop-Strike, Abnormal engine noise etc.)
  • Other Aircraft Maintenance being performed that may not allow a FSR/Technician to complete service.
