StandardAero is pleased to offer a full suite of field service solutions to decrease downtime by providing rapid response maintenance all over the world. StandardAero is an industry leader in on-wing support, providing qualified experts that have the same technical capabilities, authorizations and quality systems used in our repair centers. This provides customers with greater flexibility, while keeping costs down.

We have ten Field Service Representatives located throughout the world including Winnipeg, MB, Canada; Maryville, TN, USA; and Tilburg, The Netherlands. All of our American & Canadian Reps are enrolled in an FAA-certified random drug and alcohol testing program, and we are Canada DOT, FAA and EASA certified.

CF34-3 Highlights:

  • Engine Remove & replace with Quick Engine Change (QEC) on Challenger 601, 604, 605, & CRJ 100 & 200.
  • Accessory Gear Box remove & replace on A/C
  • On wing diagnostics
  • Full engine borescope inspection with video and report
  • AGB carbon seal remove & replace
  • Main line #1, #3, #5, #6, & #7 carbon seal remove & replace
  • Exhaust frame remove & replace
  • HPC top case remove & replace Foreign Object Debris repair with engine on A/C
  • HPC bottom case Remove & replace with engine removed
  • Fan blade & fan disk Remove & replace
  • Fan trim balance
  • Variable Stator Vane tracking and rig
  • High Pressure Turbine (HPT) remove & replace including swing arm grind of HPT shrouds
  • Low Pressure Turbine Remove & replace
  • Many other one of repairs/inspections in accordance with the special procedures of the engine manual.
  • We have dedicated MRP tool kits and parts kits for the workscopes above

CF34-8 Highlights:

  • High Pressure Compressor (HPC) top case remove & replace Foreign Object Debris repair – engine removed
  • HPC bottom case Remove & replace – engine removed
  • Accessory Gear Box Remove & replace – engine removed
  • Full engine borescope with video and report
  • Many other one of repairs/inspections in accordance with the special procedures of the engine manual.
  • We are currently working on a Combustion Chamber Liner Remove & replace kit which we expect to complete by the end of the month – this workscope will be carried out with engine removed
  • We are also looking into a fan module remove and replace kit but the timeline is unknown on this one

CFM56-7B Highlights:

  • Full engine borescope inspection with video and report including SB 72-0515 inspection
  • HPC borescope blending
  • Accessory Gear Box remove & replace on wing
  • Transfer Gear Box remove & replace on wing
  • We are currently tooling up for many other on wing repairs
