Scott Starrett serves as President, Military & Energy. He is responsible for the overall performance, global customer satisfaction and growth of StandardAero’s military engine MRO facilities which are located in the U.S., Canada and the Netherlands. In addition, he leads the company’s industrial gas turbine repair and overhaul business serving the energy/power generation marketplace. Starrett reports directly to the CEO of StandardAero and is a member of the company’s Executive Leadership Team.

Prior to joining StandardAero in 2016, Starrett served as Vice President, Strategy and Business Development for Sikorsky Aircraft, a Lockheed Martin Company. He also worked at Sikorsky/United Technologies in additional strategic roles including Vice President of Washington Operations and Government Business Development as well as President of Sikorsky Military Systems. Prior to that, Starrett worked for Honeywell Aerospace where he served in many diverse leadership roles including Vice President & General Manager for the company’s multi-billion dollar Defense and Space market segment. He has more than 34 years of experience in the aerospace industry.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration – Finance from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
